4 Practical Molds

Interlocking bricks, also known globally as Lego bricks or CSEB (Compressed Stabilized Earth Blocks), are one of the most efficient building materials used in various countries, including Iran. Understanding the dimensions and applications of interlocking brick molds allows contractors utilizing these products to plan their constructions optimally. Therefore, in this article, we introduce the molds available in the production line of Mojarab Machinery and their respective applications.

It is important to note that the dimensions of interlocking bricks may vary depending on the manufacturer’s specifications, and the sizes mentioned here represent general standards.

Interlocking Brick Molds

In general, the standard dimensions defined for بالطوب الليغو are approximately 25 × 12.5 × 8 cm. As mentioned earlier, these dimensions are standard, but if you are a manufacturer and wish to offer this product in different sizes, you can request customized mold dimensions when placing your order.

Similarly, the dimensions of interlocking blocks are 30 × 15 × 10 cm, and like interlocking bricks, they can also be customized based on requirements.

Interlocking Brick Molds

• Interlocking Block and Brick Molds

Among the best-selling molds in this system, Molds No. 1, 2, and 3 stand out. Each of these molds is used in various sections of modern construction.

–  1: This is the primary mold for interlocking bricks and blocks

–  2: A blade mold, used in upper sections and below installations or windows in a building

–  3: Designed for corners and areas where full bricks cannot be applied efficiently

• Interlocking Paving Molds

One of the exceptional properties of interlocking bricks is their application in pavement construction. Thanks to their interlocking mechanism, these bricks create aesthetically pleasing surfaces. The mold used for pavement applications is Mold No. 24.
